2nd Annual Bike-O-Rama on Saturday
Do you have a sweet vintage cruiser bike in your living room or garage that needs to feel some love? We do. Our Phillips single speed (40+ pounds of English steel) has been just itching to get outside and we’ve been neglecting it. So what do we see today, but a flyer for the 2nd Annual Bike-O-Rama at Metro Coffee on Saturday. Here’s our chance to get our most neglected bicycle on the road. I spoke with a few folks at Metro and here’s what I learned. The Bike-O-Rama runs at about the same time as the car show up near the Swiss. Is it a ride? No. It’s more of a hangin’ out with vintage bikes parked next to the coffee shop. Sounds good to me. So break out that Orange Krate or fix your old Sturney-Archer three speed. It’s time to roll.
