A Beautiful Angle
You’ve seen the Beautiful Angle posters if you’ve spent any time near downtown Tacoma in the last few years. The first time I saw their Save Me poster with the 11th Street Bridge (Murray Morgan) I knew I liked their style. We bike across this bridge several times a week when biking to work and its design, patina, and juxtaposition against the city seem absolutely perfect for Tacoma. I noticed a new poster (at least to me) a few days ago and I had to check out their website to see what I’ve missed. I paticularly like this one.
Tacoma needs more unpretentious public art.

Architectural (gasp) and historical Icon or not, what a terrible waste of money! And during the worst financial crisis of most of our lifetimes! (sigh)
I love Murrey’s books. Just finished “Puget’s Sound.”
Special interests are a forever part of past present and future. A suitable monument.
