A Little Old... A Little New
Why is this house for sale on North Prospect interesting? It wasn’t that long ago that the footprint of the house was nearly half its current width. The left side of the home is original. The right side is add-on as part of the remodel. It looks pretty decent. Why else is it interesting? It wasn’t that long ago that an RV was parked where that deck now is and a half dozen cars were scattered around the front and back yard as ‘art.’
The grass is so shiny and clean. I don’t recognize it. Why else is it interesting? The price. Healthy.

The City has a perfect opportunity to one of the most significant individuals in the history of youth, amateur, and professional sports in Tacoma. Please don’t drop the ball on this one.
