A Peek Inside The Commencement

If you’ve been curious about the results of the recently resumed construction over at The Commencement in Ruston, you might want to take a peek at a couple of recent posts from Ruston Home. Pictures of the condos apartments show off roomy, well-lit spaces with views. We see what look like tile, hardwood, fireplaces, balconies and more. A large common area with amenities and ten by ten master closets are other selling points. Two new penthouses are being converted from former open areas.

Apartments are available now, with the building expected to be complete by the end of August. According to Ruston Home, two existing tenants will be joined by two more this summer. That’s not exactly full occupancy for a 60-unit building, but it’s some progress.
