A Tollefson Egg Sandwich - Noon Today

This is to let you all know that David Boe, architect, Planning Commissioner, and Imagine Tacoma author, will be in Tollefson Plaza today at noon. He has brought a frying plan, some eggs, and is looking to see if he can get them frying on the concrete. This could be fun …

UPDATE

The crowds filled Tollefson Plaza to watch Boe cook his lunch. He had two eggs. One would sit in a frying pan on the manhole cover. The second sat on foil directly on the concrete (for the purists). While the concrete temperature passed 111 degrees, it wasn’t quite enough for Boe’s taste … I do like my eggs a bit runny, but this was a bit much.
