Robert Hill likes attractive females.Nothing abnormal about that.Besides prison is probably a boring place so he to find some way to keep himself entertained.

@JJ: You are correct that Hill is attracted to females. What is totally abnormal is the way he manifests it, through stalking behavior and harassment. It is ooky as hell. I don’t know how many people remember his regular testimony at council about “female masturbation” when Anderson was on city council. It was not funny. It was really damn creepy.
