April Fools Summary for Exit133

A few weeks back, on April 1st to be exact, we mentioned something about moving to Kent, eating noodles in Kent, and paddling the Green River.  While we do intend to paddle the Green River, the rest of it was a bit of a joke.  We’re still here.  We don’t have a view of the Green River and there’s still moss in my lawn and on the roof of our 1888 Victorian.  I didn’t think that anybody would fall for it.  I did receive a few emails from folks saying that they hoped it wasn’t true, but if it was could they have the domain Exit133.  Oh yeah.. sure.  Now I find out my parents, a few friends, my business partner, and The News Tribune  all believed it.  “Why didn’t you tell me you were thinking of moving.”  Most seemed upset that we didn’t include them in the decision making process.  It all worked way too well.  Next year I’m moving to Enumclaw by the way… or maybe Spanaway.  Oh yeah, and the twins are due in August.
