Artist Immersion at the Murano and MoG

It seems like the perfect match. The Hotel Murano and its floor by floor gallery of glass artists meets the Museum of Glass. Yes I’m sure they were already acquainted, but now, the two are working together to bring its customers artist based vacation packages.
Stay at the hotel and surround yourself with the works of Martin Blank, Flo Perkins or Preston Singletary. Then, head to the Museum of Glass to watch them work. Witness their process. See their emotions. This isn’t something every town can offer.
You know … we kinda like the idea.

I don’t understand.
Why would you stay in a hotel in your own home city?

I suppose it depends on how much you like your house.
As a bonus, The Murano is where all the stars stay when they come to town. Come to the bar next week and see if you can see Britney Spears.
Also, they have a life-size horse statue with a lamp shade on its head.
It’s one heck of a hotel.

If I can’t afford a plane ticket, staying at a hotel in my home town…makes me feel like I got away!

Have you ever had breakfast at the Murano? I ate there once around Christmas. It was as good or better than Portage Bay Cafe in Seattle, and I once saw Tom Skerritt there. You know that Viper has to have good taste.
