Artlatch at Tac25 - Tomorrow, August 25th

Artlatch is coming and they’re looking for you. Artlatch is another great opportunity for you and yours to get up off the sofa and out into the community to play with the creation of art. Based on the Potlatch concept, Artlatch is part art community, part potluck, and part block party. Experience the creativity of co-creation with a mass of really cool people.

Artlatch is an experiment in co-creation. Participants are invited to create whatever sort of art suits them, start a project, finish one, collaborate, jam, feast, and reclaim the act of creation as an end unto itself. Creations may be exchanged, but not sold. A gift may take the form of a musical performance, a painting, a sculpture, a poem, or an exotic dish. Artists may choose to simply share their creative energy and presence. Just showing up is enough. Whatever you’re working on, bring it.
