Author Joseph S. Miller Visits UWT

A political operative and practicing lobbyist, Joseph S. Miller went from being a journalist in Seattle in the early 1950s to working on the campaigns of political figures like Warren G. Magnuson, Henry “Scoop” Jackson, Frank Church, William Proxmire and John F. Kennedy. Miller will visit UW Tacoma to talk about his new book, The Wicked Wine of Democracy: A Memoir of a Political Junkie 1948-1995.
