Doyle’s Public House, one of our favorite local drinking establishments, is testing the theory that bacon makes everything better. On Monday evenings from 8 to midnight, you can now get three strips of bacon for One Dollar ($1).

Mmm… three strips of bacon next to a mighty fine drink. Now that’s happiness.
