Bates President Announces Resignation

We just received word that Bates will be looking for new leadership. President Dr. David Borofsky announced today that he will resign from his post effective Dec. 31, 2009, to pursue other opportunities. He has served as the college’s president for the past five years. The Board of Trustees plans to meet soon to determine the recruitment process to select Borofsky’s successor.
