So a couple of you have said that, while the house I listed earlier today seemed nice, they didn’t want a fixer. So, here’s a non-fixer for you. There are trade-offs. This one is a tad larger. The lot is half the size. The view is better. The kitchen looks nice. I like the porch. I’ve convinced myself. Maybe it’s time to move… nah.
