BLID Update for Sept. 24

Well the BLID is trucking right along. Some of the new sidewalks are starting to take shape near 7th and St Helens but Broadway is close to non existent still. Just one change in traffic this week:

Opera Alley is back to one-way southbound.

Opera Alley was only a two-way (flagger controlled) road when the contractor was working on the south end doing utility work (storm and water). Opera Alley has now returned to one-way traffic southbound.
