Bringing Some Metrics to Tacoma

I read Freakonomics by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubneron the plane today after being reminded of it by the NPR blitz that started last week.  Given my propensity for Excel spreadsheets that explain nearly meaningless data, I’m now searching for things in our town that can be measured and explained.  Wish me luck. 

Do our realtors (including our friends that are realtors) work with our best interest in mind?  I’d be curious to know how our city fairs against the data Levitt analyzed.
