Broadway LID Delay

In today’s City Council study session, Eric Anderson updated the council on the Broadway LID rebid. There were errors in the received bids. The top two bids had problems and were rejected. The lowest bid asked to be removed from consideration. At that point, the project needed to be put back out to bid and there would be approximately a three week delay.
