Cafe 2510 Coming to Proctor?

Once upon a time, back in June, we talked about the potential uses of a little house in the 2500 block of North Proctor that was for sale.  Then, it sold in October for $550k.  We thought, “What will it become?”  “Will it be knocked down?”  Now we seem to be getting a glimpse into the future of the little house.  State filing indicate Cafe 2510 may be landing in our little Proctor.  Beer.  Wine.  Okay, that’s all we know. 

We tend to like restaurants in old homes.  It works for us.  It’s comfortable.  For those of you that were hoping for some new density, it doesn’t look like it’s happening quite yet. I’m sure we’ll see it soon enough.
