Car hits Marcato - Tacoma Ave Closed
We just heard that a car came down S 16th St, failed to make the turn onto Tacoma, and crashed into the Marcato building.
Sounds like the car did a fair bit of damage and busted up some glass and brick. The street is closed while they work on the scene.
More later as we learn more.
Thankfully, from what we hear, the man that was driving appeared to be okay.

It’s actually State Representative Larry Seaquist, not Seacrest. He represents Gig Harbor and parts of Kitsap County, the 26th Legislative District.
