Carmen at Tacoma Opera

It’s Wednesday and we’re looking ahead to the weekend.  What do we see?  First on our list is Tacoma Opera’s Carmen at the Pantages. 

Desire and death dance to gypsy rhythms, as the larger-than-life title character and her lovers try in vain to control the tragic arc of their romances.  In a world where passions are displayed with little restraint, Carmen lives by only one law:  the love of today.

The word on the street is that the production features an outstanding cast in a very sexy show.
