Chihuly Cell Phone Tour

Chihulymania is ramping up around town.  I’ll stay off that general topic for a bit…. On the other hand, this is pretty cool: 

The Tacoma Art Museum’s Ear for Art Chihuly Cellphone Walking Tour is available any time of day or night via cell phone.  Get downtown, call a certain phone number using your cell phone, and listen to Chihuly.  Vaguely innovative.  I like it.  I have a hard time imagining a night time tour of downtown Tacoma… but with a few bright lights, it could be kinda sweet.  The number to call if you’re downtown is: 888.411.4220.  (via ErikEmery)
