Christmas Grits Social 2009 - Are You Gritty Enough?

There are some holiday traditions you simply can’t escape, whether it be your weird Aunt’s even weirder fruit cake or your uncle’s very dry (not sure how he does it) ham. In Tacoma, one such tradition is the inevitable Christmas Grits.

The mealy bowl-filler from which Tacoma derives its nickname is everywhere during the holiday season, and here at Exit 133, we like to indulge in it with style. So if you feel confident enough to pit your Tacoma Christmas grits against the best of us, we invite you to do so. We’ll be holding our annual Christmas Grits Social at Suite 133 this coming Saturday.

Last year’s entries were impressive, we must admit – but this year, we expect to have our grits horizons expanded even further. Are you up to the challenge?
