City Arts To Go Monthly in 2008

Here’s some good news for arts coverage in Tacoma.

Next July, Encore Media will take City Arts monthly. Publisher Terry Coe told us, “There is plenty of appetite for information on local arts in Tacoma … I think we have just started to crack the surface on telling the tales of the Tacoma arts scene in terms of many opportunities, people, development and dynamics that are taking place.”

In addition to a monthly City Arts here in Tacoma, Encore Media will create similar publications for both Seattle and Bellevue the Eastside, also slated to premier in July of 2008. Those publications will be monthly as well.

City Arts celebrated its first year in Tacoma in September.
