Closed, for the Moment
The word on the street is that The New Frontier Lounge, in the Tacoma Dome District, is closing, at least temporarily, after just 3 weeks. It recently hosted the Squeak and Squawk music festival. We hope the temporary is truly temporary.

They really ought to put up some signage or something to advertise that they are there. I haven’t been inside, but it looks like they have completed almost no changes to the exterior at all.

Oops, I wasn’t finished editing… anyway, that’s a Dec. 2009 deadline on that. But Drizell, maybe they’ll put that New Frontier sign out front(?). On the other hand, word on the street seemed to spread pretty quickly about where they were.

I tried to find that place one night and wound up lost in the Hilltop getting hassled by crack heads. I know where it is now that it’s closed.
