Crosswater Making Way for Urban Water

Your dream of living on the east side of the Foss may be fading into the distance.  The News Tribune is reporting that the tumultuous battle between several Port interests and the Crosswater Condominium project may be dead now that Mike Cohen is open to selling the land.  Who will be landing there instead?  The Urban Water marine research center.  The deal isn’t inked yet, but the dollar figures and some of the logistics of the deal seem to have been worked out.  There’s still a long road ahead.

Hmmm… wasn’t there a motorcycle museum around here somewhere…
