Cute and Vintage in the North End
Since you had so much fun with last week’s hilltop home, here’s another home for your consideration.

Yeah, it’s not much bigger than your apartment… But there’s a yard. And it’s on North 25th Street in between UPS and Proctor with a price under $225k. Good neighborhood. Small house living is in! Go for it.

Nice and overpriced! 200k tops and that’s being generous. I understand there is a N. in the address but if your gonna ask $282 a sf your better make sure its turn key ready not just a roof and windows. New wiring, plumbing, and especially landscaping. Check back in April and it should still be for sale at that price.

It is “cute” and the location is terrific, the cost for square foot seems a bit steep for a gem in the rough, but this one has “sold” all over it. Calling it a bungalow is a bit of a stretch in the sense that the term should be used to describe a Craftsman style home, but that is real estate talk for you. Still this is one of the nicer houses in the low end of the market I’ve seen in Tacoma, especially given the location and you know what they say about location in the real estate business. This one is all location.
