Dome District Hosts an Open House

Tomorrow night’s stop on the Neighborhood Business Showcase is the Dome District. As the third Thursday its also Art Walk, so hop the LINK and experience the best of Tacoma.

Neighborhood Business Showcase
At 5:00, start at Alfred’s Cafe (402 Puyallup Ave East), just one block off the LINK and pick up a ticket with all of the businesses open. Tour all of the businesses and stop back at Alfred’s on your way out to drop off the ticket. A drawing will be held from all of the tickets turned in.
Prizes include:

  • Certificates to Friesenburger
  • 2 $75 gift certificates to Freighthouse Square Art Gallery
  • $150 to The Envy a Salon
  • 2 $50 certificates to Katy’s Antique Mall
  • Certificates for Glass Blowing Lessons at Tacoma Glass Blowing

Other prizes include food, travel, and home improvement goods!

Bocce
If you planned on coming out for bocce, come on out. We don’t know what we’re doing or where we’re playing. However, you can guarantee that we’ll have prizes for some sporting activity. Meet us at Alfreds at 5:30 and we’ll find our way to a game somewhere.

Art Walk
After wandering the Dome District, hop the LINK and head down to The Helm for their new show, drop in at the Art Stop and LeRoy’s, or take in a museum or two.

Should be a great evening.
