Downtown Buildings Come On The Market
Anybody looking for a building for your next big project? I received emails today on two buildings that have become available.
The first is the Mandarin Antiques building at 616 St. Helens. It’s just below the Triangle Townhomes and across the street from the Walker Apartments and the hole in the ground that will eventually become Jay Heights. It’s nearly 24,000 square feet with a reasonably impressive first floor space. At $2.9 million it isn’t for everybody, but the location is prime and it comes with a bit of parking. It would be a great location for a restaurant… Anybody?
The second building is very fresh on the market. So fresh we don’t have a price yet, but the sign supposedly went up this morning. It seems that the green building at the corner of South 21st and Commerce is for sale. The address is 2101-2109 South C Street and it currently houses Old Time Wood Work. Again, it’s about location. The rumored hotel will be across the street and other developments are showing up all the way up the hill. Once somebody finds the listing, send it my way. Who’s game?
(Thanks for the tips)
