Elks Update for June 6th
So, do you remember that story from last week about the Elks Building? Well, Sirius Real Estate Group, the folks behind 505 Broadway, had until today to make a final purchase decision. However, from what we hear, a few key reports weren’t quite done yet.
After several days of negotiation with Williams & Dame, the local development group now has two more weeks – until June 20th – to complete the due diligence period and make that decision.
If they decide to take on the project, the deal must close by July 7th.
Both parties are pleased with this arrangement and hopeful about a positive outcome.
Now … we wait.
