Eroica Trio in Tacoma, Plus a Lion!
The Tacoma Philharmonic is bringin the Eroica Trio to Tacoma for a Valentine’s Day concert. They’ll be performing at the Pantages Thursday, February 14, at 7:30 pm.
The Eroica Trio is a Grammy-nominated group who took their name from the Italian word for “heroic” (not just by dropping the “t” from Erotica). The three women are accomplished soloists on the piano, violin and violoncello all with a few world tours under their belt.
Before the performance, you will also have a chance to see the debut of the beautiful bronze lions that will grace the entrance of 505 Broadway. Pictured below is local sculptor Jeff Oens creating one of the lions.

So if you’re looking for something interesting to do after your Valentine’s Day Dinner, and also want to see a cool bronze lion, this is the place to be.
