Exit133 Video: Pete Weikel at Stadium Bistro

We met Pete the very first day that Stadium Bistro was open. It was an accident. We walked in the open door and found ourselves presented with some of the most innovative food in the city. That was last year. Now, Stadium Bistro has become our default business meeting, birthday party, and late night tapas location.  The $8.00 sandwiches at lunch, particularly the hand cut reuben and the Blue Baron, are a regular addiction. Plus, Pete likes Tacoma and loves to talk about it.

We’re happy there are so many people in Tacoma with this kind of passion and talent. Pete shows that there are good reasons they call it culinary arts.
