Favorite Discussion on Exit133?

Continuing the theme of year end wrap-ups – I was recently asked if I had a favorite discussion on Exit133.  Ahhh… so many conversations.  How do I pick a favorite?  The Sixth Avenue parking post was the first significant discussion on the site.  The FUMC demolition thread was quite lively.  There have been several good conversations lately.  What do you think?  What are your nominations for the best Exit133 discussions for 2006?  You do have opinions, right?
