Favorite Thing 03-23-12

Our favorite thing this week comes from another blog – Cult Tacoma has put together an enjoyable and illuminating piece on the craftsmanship that Chris Keil puts into every drink he makes at 1022. Specifically, they focus on those amazing ice cubes that fit perfectly into your highball glass. It’s always enjoyable to watch someone do something they’re passionate about, and Cult Tacoma’s video of Chris working with the ice is no exception.
