Film Shot in Tacoma Wins Grand Jury Award in Utah

We just received word from our Park City, Utah correspondent that a film shot in Tacoma received the Slamdance Film Festival Grand Jury Award for a Documentary last night. Slamdance is a film festival that mirrors the more famous Sundance Film Festival. The film, “Bible Quiz,” by Nicole Teeny received grants from the Artist Trust and the Tacoma Arts Commission back in 2010. While WE haven’t seen it yet, here’s a little sneak peak from the folks at Slamdance.
