Flipping at $400k ?
We recently discovered that two houses recently sold within spitting distance of our front step are being remodeled for resale. The houses sold for $380k and $330k just a few months ago. This is the North Slope of Tacoma… not someplace in Seattle or a view home a few blocks north of here. We’re huge supporters of Tacoma’s real estate market, but trying to flip a house at this range seems a bit precarious. What do you think? Send me your thoughts.
