Focus the Nation in Tacoma

Next Thursday you’ll have a chance to ask several elected officials questions about how they are addressing global warming. On the ticket are Mayor Baarsma, County Executive John Ladenburg and County Councilmember Tim Farrell. The panel will be taking questions at the Focus the Nation event, which will also include a short film and poetry read by elementary students.

Focus the Nation is a national group that is organizing a national teach-in on global warming solutions. Our event is one of many taking place all across the country.
