The Ford Building and Crescent Ballroom in the 1300 block of South Fawcett are two of my favorite unrestored buildings in downtown. Not too big. Not too small. Perfect for me and all my dreams… or most of them. Now, the two buildings are for sale. A mere $2.76 million gets you 32,400 square feet of buildings including 9000 square feet of ballroom. There’s a parking lot for my fleet. There’s so much potential here. Who’s in?
