Ford & Crescent Finally Find A Suitor
Our little birds are twitting around excitedly about a wee little downtown rumor. Office workers! Corporate folks! A company moving downtown! Two hundred people… or so we hear.
The word on the street is that the Ford Building and Crescent Ballroom at 13th and Fawcett – across the street from Eagles – will have a new owner. Who is it? Indications are that it’s TRA Medical Imaging. The buildings will be converted into office space and the parking lot that is included in the package will become a parking garage.
I have no idea how long the build out will take, but once it is done… Welcome to the neighborhood!
