Heritage Properties Eye Dome District

More than a dozen small business owners in the Tacoma Dome District have been presented with purchase proposals by Heritage Properties partner Grace Pleasants, who also helped redevelop Tacoma’s historic Alber’s Mill into hi-end condos. Plans for the properties reportedly comprise consolidation of several sites into the development of a large-scale, mixed-use retail center.

What does it mean?  Could this be the large mixed use plan that could help connect the Dome District to the Renaissance zone a few blocks to the North?  Hmm…
