I know. You looked at One Stadium Way and thought, “Yeah, but 1975 wasn’t a good year for me.” or “Yeah, it looks good. However, I need a bit more space for that kind of money.” So, for a wee bit over half the cost of a penthouse condo, you could have 6500 square of 1909 opulence on the edge of the Stadium District. Frederick Heath designed. 3 Fireplaces. The interior woodwork looks stunning. Murals! My house doesn’t have murals and I’m suddenly feeling quite inadequate.

i’d question that statistic on your taxes. it really depends entirely on what bracket you’re in. what most politicians won’t tell you is that if you make less than a certain amount each year, you don’t pay anything at all. it sounds good if they can tell people who pay little that they pay a lot.
and that bridge and its pathetic tolls are miserable. i’m glad i will never drive it again.
