Much better! I’m sure that will be far more distinct the the bright white square as it appeared from a distance. Can’t wait to see it a’glowin’ tonight.

Many others await the “lighted M “so get there early then enter the Lobby Bar for more “all-new” that is occuring daily. The Wintergrass folks are about to take the entire Hotel on a huge “all-day-all nite” FUN in Tacoma’s downtown this week.
Another reason to “reserve a seat” at the Murano !!

Hey I was drivin’ north on Jefferson this sunny day and I could see that new M on the sign as far away as S 21st.
When the hotel lounge develops a $1.00 menu then I’ll be there as sure as you can say “Would you like fries with that order?”

I just thought it was a sign for a new Macy’s. Imagine my disappointment when I found out it was just going to be another hotel. A Macy’s downtown, I guess not in our lifetimes.

The “M” sign is better than the waves/stripes, but I’d like to see Murano scripted out. In glittering letters for when the sun’s out and backlite for cloudy days and nightime. At least on the side facing downtown. Right now it looks like they’re just trying to cover up the old “S”.

Masa has a similar ‘M’ thing going on in their lobby.
