Housekeeping and A Few Notes

1. Folks have asked, so I’ll answer.  I have never lived in Gig Harbor or worked in public office.  That’s a different Derek. 

2. Please try to keep your comments on topic.  If you know something really cool or want to talk about something that’s not on the site, send me an email and I’ll see what we can do for you.

3. I’m way behind on answering emails.  I apologize.

4. I discovered today that eating chicken fingers and “drinking” a small Frostie before riding my bicycle 30+ miles to get home is a bad idea. On the other hand, corndogs and a root beer float are always a good idea.

5. This photo, while having nothing to do with Tacoma, made me laugh.

6. Send tips.  Exit133 is only as good as the info you send me.

7. While we play bocce on Thursday nights, any lawn games are welcome.  We particularly like lawn darts – the real kind.

9. At the bottom of the homepage is a new feature.  The last ‘article’ on the page is a listing of those articles that have most recently received comments.  Check here if you like to participate and want to see where other people are commenting.  Every once in a while an older story suddenly pops back up to the top.
