Ikea Goes Big in the South Sound!

Ikea, the fine purveyor of mass produced Swedish design, has apparently announced a 1.5 million square foot distribution center on a 65 acre property in Frederickson, Washington.  It’s a few miles southeast of Tacoma and Exit133’s regular purview, but it’s close enough to have a job impact.  For us non-DC working folks, we’re still driving to Renton for our Billy bookcases and bulk lingonberries…
