Isolated in Central Tacoma?

We came across this listing a few days ago and it reminded us that we’ve always been fascinated with the little wedge of land south of downtown and north of I-5. It seems so isolated, yet in the middle of things. There seems to be a lot of potential in this neighobrhood and the houses are relatively inexpensive for view homes in the city. ( Map )
