Jan Shabro Named Pierce County Auditor
The Pierce County Council continued their auditor selection process this evening with interviews and a selection during their regularly scheduled meeting. The three candidates, Katie Blinn, Richard McEntee, and Jan Shabro, were all interviewed one at a time. The public was allowed to comment and offer their support. Then, the council went into executive session and returned “the name”.
An it was … Jan Shabro. She is the new Pierce County Auditor … in this “non-partisan” process. Uh huh.
Oh, and a lawsuit was filed yesterday to block the process from proceeding today. Hmm …
