Land At The Top of Downtown

It seems that we receive several emails a week about available land in Tacoma.  “Where should we put our super cool ultra hip project?”  These emails seem to be picking up lately.  Land is getting scarcer and developers have found us.  Tacoma is changing. 

So… are you looking for land?  Yeah, the Fawcett House property is on the market.  But how about 3 parcels at the top of downtown Tacoma?  22,500 square feet of land.  Views of downtown and Mt. Rainier.  Buy yourself a wee house and you could have an estate! (and Drizell would hunt you down… but that’s a different issue.)  Or build the next super cool mixed use building and maximize the space. 

I’m an optimist about this corner of Tacoma.  It may not be pretty now, but it’s changing every year.  Buy now!
