Correction

Since we’re talking about Wal-Mart … and as the end of the six month emergency moratorium on large-scale retail development draws near (February 29, if you’re keeping track), the City Council will hear public comment on the zoning changes recommended by the Planning Commission at next week’s Council meeting, Tuesday, January 31st.
