Last Day for Downtown Farmers Market

Today is the last day for the Downtown Farmers Market! If you haven’t been recently, the farmers booths are full of fall harvest. Lots of good stuff still to be had.

Also, while browsing the fall fruit and squash, find Sarah wandering around. She’s looking for people to take the Eat Local Thanksgiving pledge. If you are planning on incorporating local foods into your holiday festivities or think its a great idea and need some inspiration, sign the pledge! They will be used in presentations to the County Council and the City Council to discuss the importance of local food and farmland.
