Lesson Learned - Sand Driving

We drove down to the Westport, Grayland, Tokeland area this weekend.  I took some photographs.  Baci chased birds.  I chased Baci.  When we went to leave, we decided to drive down the beach a bit.  We could see a lot of trucks and a few cars driving along the wet packed sand.  After a couple miles of driving along the water’s edge, we were about fifty feet from the roadway when the wheels of our Vanagon decided to start spinning.  Enough said about that.  We’ll leave the beach driving to the Fords and Chevys.

We’d like to thank Lee of Evans Construction for dragging our sorry butts out of the sand.

This story should have a video attached to it, IMHO.

The author called Tacoma “a brilliant place to be a gay lady?”

When I live my dream, Tacoma will be a brilliant place to be a straight man. There will be blue sky and sunshine. The ladies will be fair-skinned, and they’ll wear flowers in their hair. There will be two straight ladies for every straight man—ladies with poise and wisdom. When I live my dream, Tacoma will be meadows resplendent with wildflowers and fresh air such as that—a medium-sized straight paradise.

For the sake of critical thinking in Tacoma:
What would girlwriteswhat say? This young woman has lots to say about gender equality. She expresses her views on her youtube channel and at owningyourshit.blogspot.com.
