They are starting to market the site formerly known as Little Holland burgers, one of the (formerly) best burger places in town. 15,000 square feet of retail. 15,000 square feet of office space. 156 parking stalls. I somehow doubt we’ll be seeing a burger place at $34 / foot / year rent. That’s a lot of burgers.
