Live Large! High End Condo Available

In spite of our reputation for expensive condos, there aren’t that many in the upper stratosphere.  I don’t know all of you.  Maybe there’s a rock star amongst us.  Sure, 1 Stadium Way is available for $1.5 million.  But what if you want something a little newer?  So, for a few bucks more –  945,000 bucks to be exact – you can have yourself a bit of new construction.  Fewer terraces than 1 Stadium Way, but a huge open concept great room.  2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  We toured one of the units several months ago and we were definitely impressed by the space.  The kicker… “Mstr bth includes grnte cntrs, 3 sinks, glass blk shwr & urinal.”  That’s right.  A urinal. Everybody has wine cellars.  More condos need urinals. 

Side note – If you’re a first time condo buyer, this unit probably isn’t for you.  Of course, if you’re one of the guys that just sold YouTube or something similar and you don’t want a lawn… consider it.
